In May you can see newborn lambs in our small farm next house, on bright summer nights you can go for a short evening walk and see the beautiful sunset at the mouth of the fjord, and in the fall when it gets dark in the evenings the beautiful northern lights dance if nature allows. Unique Icelandic nature experience in our bell tents at Farmhouse Lodge. Each tent features full-size beds (90x200 cm) with cozy down and wool blankets. After exploring the wild, relax in our barn with a kitchen, chill zone, board games, ping pong, and Wi-Fi. Clean showers and bathrooms on site. Welcome to my Bed and Breakfast in great location near Skógar, the private family home (farm) is only 4 km from Skógafoss waterfall where I offer overnight accommodations and breakfast. For breakfast I am offering only for a normal diet food and it is a very simple continental buffet with home-made Angelica pesto, farm-to-table fresh milk from my cows; butter and cheese; musli, cereals; fruit and vegetables; coffee, tea.

We are in the heart of Skagafjörður, and Sauðárkrókur is just ten or twelve minutes away by car. All year round, lodging is accepted. The five rooms in the main house "Gulluhús" share a bathroom. The old farmhouse has been converted into five spacious bedrooms, each with its bathroom.
