Peaceful cottage blue in the countryside.

Beautiful, warm and cozy cottage with beds for up to 4 people. It's located in the countryside 18 km from the town Egilsstaðir on road 931. It's on the south side of the lake on the way to Hallormsstaður the biggest forest in Iceland. The next grocery store is in Egilsstaðir. Good paved road, passable all the year. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful landscape, nice hiking trails down to the lake or up to the hills, good place to see the northern lights in wintertime.

In the main building there are restaurants, a bar and a lounge for guests. The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner and the bar offers a selection of drinks. On site, you can book local tours and tickets to attractions. The hotel is a place of cultural meetings such as music concerts, cabarets, shows.

Freshly renovated apartment in the fantastic Norðurmýri neigbourhood. One large living room and bedroom, new kitchen with all amenities and bathroom. Bedroom has two single beds and the living room as a double sized sofa bed. The bathroom is large and has a walk in shower.
