"The Home Place" Johnson Family Century Farm

"Our Home" is an out of the way place for the whole family to enjoy. The 1967 ranch style home ground floor apt has 3 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, full kitchen, laundry with half bath, living room, sunroom, outdoor dining on the deck and a shared patio. "The Home Place" is good for families, reunions, wedding guests, travelers, guests who work remotely, vacation or getaway. Our home is located on a gravel road in rolling hills near corn & soybean fields and concentrated hog farms.

Guest House Arthur, Main Level

This Guest House is a home with 3 complete levels of rentable space with 3 separate entries. The Main Level, Lower Level and Upstairs Lodge levels are fully furnished with full kitchens, dining, living, and 3 bedrooms on each level. One of those 3 bedrooms has 2 single beds in it on each level. All 3 levels have washer and dryers. Price per level is 125.00 for 4 people per night. Each additional person is $25 extra per person per level per night. Limit 6 people per level.

Basement includes room to stay also, washer, dryer, toilet, and garage style shower. It also has attached 2 car garage that leads into the kitchen. Fully furnished ( pics were taken right after new carpet and paint was put in. ) Owners within walking distance if help needed!

Lower Level of Guest House is a separate Fully furnished living space with 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a third bedroom has 2 single beds. It has full kitchen, living rm with 50" TV and WIFI, Bathroom with walk in shower, washer, dryer. Entrance is in back of house. Thank you!
