With 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, this home offers a full kitchen, living area, laundry, natural gas fireplace, large hot tub, and plenty of parking. Located 9 miles from Schweitzer Village and a 5 minute drive to Starbucks, shopping, restaurants, and a 12-minute drive to downtown Sandpoint. Please be aware that train tracks are nearby and the train runs day and night. There will be intermittent train noise.

Smack dab in between darling Downtown Whitefish and Whitefish Mountain Resort with quick access to trails. Onsite pool, hot tub, fitness room and club house. Two minute walk for Crema Specialty Coffee, Tap House micro-brews and grill and Alpine Deli and Market. Master bedroom has a king bed, sleeping loft has queen bed and bunk beds.

Come enjoy this classic 1970's ski chalet located 1 and a half minutes from the base of Schweitzer. This home is newly updated. Once you get there you can hop on the shuttle and enjoy the scenic ride up the mountain. It is also 1 minute from the Bonner County fairgrounds. Enjoy hiking, skiing and lake activities in Sandpoint. We welcome families, ski teams, and referees to the Mountainview Chalet. It has a wheelchair accessible bathroom and bedroom.

Kirtland Cutter Rock House - National Register

Stay in a piece of history - the Rock House of Metaline Falls was built by renowned architect Kirtland Cutter in 1910 and is one of the most unique homes on the National Register of Historic Places. The Rock House sits on a scenic bend of the Pend Oreille River just outside the town center of Metaline Falls, an outdoor recreation paradise and hotspot of regional architecture that also hosts the famous Cutter Theater.
