The villa occupies 95 sqr metres and is located next to the sandy beach of Ammoudara (400m). The city of Agios Nikolaos is 5 minute car drive away. It is suitable for couples and companies of individuals offering a beautiful sea view to the gulf of Mirabello. It is located within a garden full of lemon trees and olive groves overlooking the big blue.

This 54 m² ground floor maisonette in central Ierapetra is ideal for exploring the southernmost town of Europe. It’s a five-minute walk to beaches, supermarkets, banks, and the archaeological museum.
