Ylellinen vuonna 2022 rakennettu pieni huvila kristallinkirkkaan Vuohijärven rannalla, Repoveden kansallispuiston läheisyydessä. Kaikissa huoneissa on suuret panoraamaikkunat ja huikeat näkymät luontoon ja järvelle. Mökki on varusteltu vaativaankin makuun kaikilla mukavuuksilla, pohjoismaisilla design-huonekaluilla ja nykytaiteella. Puulämmitteisestä saunasta on vain muutama askel loivasti syvenevälle hiekkarannalle ja isolle laiturille, jolta pääsee pulahtamaan järveen ja talvella avantoon!

Rauhallinen sijainti lähellä Lahden keskustaa ja kaunista luontoa. Kulttuurikorttelissa sijaitseva siisti, hyvin varustettu ja tilava (61 m2) asunto omalla saunalla ja lasitetulla terassilla. Hyvä WIFI ja äly-tv. Oma autopaikka lämpimässä autohallissa, minne pääsee hissillä. Rauhallinen talo ja hyvä leikkikenttä talon sisäpihalla. Aivan vieressä ovat visuaalisen taiteen museo Malva ja ravintolat Malskin Bistro, Kahiwa ja Ant Brew. Kävelymatka torille, teatteriin, Sibeliustaloon, Trion ja Sykkeen kauppakeskuksiin, satamaan, messuille ja urheilustadionille.

Enjoyable 2-bedroom Villa with Indoor Fireplace

The villa is located on a beautiful peninsula with a rugged attraction and the serene beauty of the surrounding lake landscape. This place has its own beach. The closest neighbour is 50-60 m far, on one side there are huge natural stones blocking the view for the neighbour, on the other side there's a peninsula belonging to the same owner's property and thus there are no neighbours on that side (only a beach, rocks and forest). Any other buildings are about 200 m far (forest between).
