Numa ilha que não entra carro, fica o pequeno chalé, pertinho da praia (3min. a pé) e também pertinho da vila (15min.). Está numa rua sem saída rodeado de uma vegetação exuberante, ao lado de uma área de preservação permanente, com poucas casas ao redor e onde a iluminação publica ainda não chegou (mas colocamos luzes na rua). Excellent house with incredible ocean view and sunsets This modern design house is located almost at the top of the hill at Porto de Cima Beach with an incredible ocean view, beautiful sunsets and some months of the year you can get even the sunrise over the first beach ocean. This is strategic location for a simple reason, seems to be far away because is quiet, full of green and with a beautiful ocean view but it is just 430 meters from the main square of the village.
