The Cottage is a cozy little home located in a quiet neighborhood in the tiny town of Hanna City. If you aren't looking for it, it is very easy to drive right by it because it sits back from the road quite a bit. It's a small stucco cottage (750 sq ft) w/a big brown roof. There is an apple tree in the front yard and a charming front porch w/a couple of chairs. We strive to provide a comfortable, homey place for guests. The cottage is not fancy, but it is clean and welcoming :)

Just 5 minutes to "downtown" Wilmington featuring restaurants, a wine bar, a local brewery, and multiple antique stores. ✧ Easy access to everything that Joliet has to offer just 20 miles away, including the Autobahn and Route 66 Raceway. ✧ 7 miles to easily access I55 for a quick ride into Chicago.

Plenty of yard space for games, a fire table to converse around, and chairs on the porch to sit back, relax, and take in the tranquil sounds that surround you here at Lakewood Cottage.

Canal House

Recently titled the Hallmark House by a customer! This house is on the I&M walking and biking trail and is a remodeled 750 square ft historic canal house in Utica. Walk or Bike two blocks into the center of town and enjoy meals and local drinks. Two Bedrooms and a Bathroom and a large modern kitchen. Relax in the living room with a small electric fireplace. Beautiful country setting with lots of natural light and located on a working farm.

Cottage By The Park Across From Fairview Park

Cottage by the park is a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house just across from Fairview Park in Casey, IL home of Big Things Small Town. The house is also located just across from the Fairview Park that has 2 fishing ponds with Trout in them, a playground, a horse arena, camping area and ball fields. The neighborhood is very nice. We also have a 6 seater golf cart that we rent out on a first come first serve basis.

Bev's Country Cottage

A small quiet cottage off the beaten path, located only minutes from Newton Lake Fish and Wildlife Area. This is a great place for hunters, fishermen or just someone that wants to get away from the city. It has exactly what you need to enjoy a long weekend full of the great outdoors. As hosts we want our guest to enjoy their stay so we are available to help with anything.
