A continued restore of a 100 year old wood frame house on an operational ranch near historic Fort Gibson, Oklahoma. Room to park, spread out indoors - enjoy the natural views! Located between Ft. Gibson & Tahlequah across from the Cherokee State Wildlife Mgt Area less then 30 min to Lakes, Casinos, Illinois River, & more that this area has to offer.

Modern, brand new a-frame cabin on the river. Overlooks the peaceful Illinois river. Watch the floaters go by from the comfort of your deck. The cabin is luxurious with all the modern amenities, hot tub professionally maintained, fast wifi, Roku TV. This is the perfect place to sneak away with a loved one for a long weekend on the river. By day you watch the stream of floater and kayakers, by early evening it’s the wildlife’s turn with eagles, owls and crane take over the banks of the river.

Bigfoot Inn -cabin with loft -near Illinois River

PRIVATE HOT TUB! We call this intriguing little place, The Bigfoot Inn. The cabin is located 1/4 mi off of Hwy 10 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and is less than 2 mi from the Illinois River. Plenty of parking available. This adorable space is 400 sq ft with a loft and a room divider is provided for added privacy. The loft has a TV, queen size bed, twin size bed, seating and bedding. The first floor has a single hide-a-bed and seating. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape in the woods.

Freeport Cottage - Hot Tub | Rose District

The Hot Tub is up and running! Walking distance to the Rose District, our newly constructed Cottage comes with full kitchen, washer/dryer, private parking and entrance. This peaceful studio is absolutely charming! The vibrant Rose District is perfect for window shopping, visiting local antique shops, and great dining! Easy expressway access means the Gathering Place, Utica Square, and downtown Tulsa are just a short drive. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck and rest well at the end of the day!

Gwen's Nest- a unique, luxury chalet in the park!

Nestled on 830 acres, but just a couple miles south of town, this completely renovated, historic cottage has all the modern amenities. It features an open floor plan that spans 40 feet from front to back upstairs, in one of the most peaceful and natural, tree top settings. It also has two covered/ screened in decks with a 16' bar perfect for enjoying the amazing scenery and the beauty of The Natural State. It's the perfect place for your next family gathering, or just to get away and relax.

Come relax with the family! This one bedroom guest house is just a stones throw from private access to the Illinois river. Located 15 minutes from Tahlequah and 10 minutes from local float venues. Come and enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay at the foothills of the Ozarks. Bring Your Own Float Devices and enjoy floating down to Todd Landing public access point, which is about an hour long adventure. Relax on the deck while enjoying the local wildlife! Bald eagles and deer frequent the area.

However, if your wanting to just get away you’ll enjoy the fire pit with s’more fixins, the outdoor eating area with grill and the peacefulness of the location where you can see wildlife daily.

Our Hillside Cabin is a renovated 900 Sq Ft A-Frame rustic cabin overlooking the Needmore Ranch that meanders along the scenic Illinois River. Sitting approximately 1/2 mile from the banks of the river on 400+ acres of private property, this beautiful property is perfect for hiking, fishing, viewing wildlife, or just relaxing around the outdoor firepit. Reconnect with nature, and hike or drive down through our property to access the river or fish from our nearby ponds.

This chic spacious open studio is the perfect space for two people awaiting a lake view private getaway. A plush queen size bed, jacuzzi tub, fireplace, A/C, kitchenette, and full sleek bathroom will be at your fingertips. Fully furnished from top to bottom allows for little packing. A full wall of glass captures the entire lake from top of the ridge. Grill on the secluded patio and experience your own unique sunset. Sit by the campfire to disconnect.

Main Street Cottage

A charming cottage built in 1912. Our house is perfect for you while you vacation at the lake, fish on the river, just sit on the porch, soak up the WiFi or visit friends and family. There is room to hang out together or spread out. A pull through drive long enough for your boat or trailer. Small town, restaurants, coffee shop, shopping and minutes from Lake Tenkiller, Arkansas and Illinois rivers, Tenkiller State Park, Greenleaf State Park.

Aww! Let it all go! -Soak under the stars in relaxing BullFrog hot tub. -Relax on the deck in adirondack chairs, by a crackling fire in a smokeless Tiki firepit. Just you, the woods, and softly singing water. And birds. Aw, the birds! -Tip back in a comfy reclining loveseat; watch the wonder through the patio doors. -Follow woodland trail to a secluded bench and table by the stream. Note: Driveway is rough and steep. No motorcycles.
