Coldstream Cottage

Set on a 20hectare property on the banks of the Mooi River, Coldstream Cottage is the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy the beautiful views on the verandah, stroll down to the river or have an early morning run. The cottage is an architect designed, open plan, one bedroom unit with partly open plan bathroom. Morning sun pours through expansive glass panes, a free standing fireplace and solid wood floors help keep it warm in winter. A 20 minute drive gets you to Nottingham Road shops and restaurant

Beautiful Breeze Cottage

Beautiful Breeze Cottage sits among the stunning hills of the Dargle Valley. It overlooks 3 tranquil dams, rolling pastures and an indigenous forest. There are cattle and horses in the fields, abundant bird life to enjoy and peacefulness to breath in. It's the perfect place to recharge while escaping the pressures of city life and with the Midlands Meander on our doorstep you can be as busy or as quiet as you choose. The farm is now fully off Eskom power so load shedding is a distant memory.

Bourne View

A charming , spacious, house in the secure Gowrie Village in Nottingham Rd. Cosy in winter with a wood burner in the lounge and another in the kitchen. It overlooks a field, is peaceful and quiet and yet close to the coffee shops and eating places. Bourne View has an excellent location, close to pubs and meander shops and yet retains the feel of being in the country. A home away from home we offer comfort. (It is not a modern build, as it is one of the first houses to appear in Gowrie) Enjoy!

Magnolia Cottage

Ideal for a couple or family of 4 weekend getaway or stopover en route to Sani Pass/Himeville. This unit is nestled in a picturesque setting with a tranquil & soul-rejuvenating atmosphere on a secluded farm at the foothills of the Drakensberg (approximately 37km from Nottingham Road). Enjoy walks, bike rides, bird-watching or simply read a book by the fire. Note. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a day-bed in the lounge/kitchen area which sleeps 2 (king size or 2 single beds)

Hamstead Farm eco-friendly Cottage

Hamstead Farm Cottage is a unique, cosy, two-bedroom solar and wind-powered 80 sq m split-level eco-friendly guest house set in the grounds of the main dwelling on a small farm. There are spectacular mountain views of the Southern Drakensberg with a small stock-watering dam close by. Children can play safely in an adjoining fenced, grassed area. This is a quiet and tranquil get-away where individuals, groups and families of all backgrounds and persuasions are welcomed.

YELLOWWOODS FARM - The Goat House (self catering)

We like to think that we have the best of both worlds here at Yellowwoods. The benefits of farm life, yet easy access to cafes, restaurants, bicycles trails, farmers markets, golf courses and schools. Only 2kms off the N3, we are easily accessible and very easy to find. We are a little farm, so there may be some ‘farm noise’ about and general day-to-day goings on! The Goat House has an outside table/chairs and braai facilities. WiFi and DSTV included.

Star Dam Lodges - Inkanyezi Lodge

Inkanyezi Lodge is the ideal spot for a fun, family getaway. Inkanyezi boast two luxurious dam facing en-suite King bedrooms, two twin rooms one of which has an en-suite, while the other, together with a double / single bunk bed ideal for kids, share a communal bathroom (5 rooms sleeping 11 people comfortable). Snug lounge setup next to a cosy fireplace, together with a sully equipped kitchen makes for a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle.

Woodsong Cottage - Self Catering

The cottage is situated in The Dargle Valley bordering a forestry estate and overlooks the uMngeni River. It is nestled in the trees next to the main house on Woodsong Farm, which is a small life-style farm where you are free to explore the surroundings. Enjoy walks to the small dam with a picnic basket and bird-watch, take photos, enjoy some casual fishing and wild-swimming.
