Centrally located in IV, our home is 1 mile to Lake Tahoe, 3 miles to Sand Harbor Beach and close to Kings Beach. In winter, ski at Diamond Peak, just 1 mile away, Mt Rose is 3 miles away. Summer amenities include bikes, beach chairs, coolers, and outdoor games. A resort fee of $35.00/night is included in the total price shown on Airbnb.
