The Modoc | WiFi & King Bed

**No City Tax!** Perfectly private Paradise One Bedroom apartment - located conveniently off Pentz road. This spacious home is well suited for a business traveler. With an appointed kitchenette including a mini fridge, convection microwave, and coffee maker, you'll find all your needs met in this newly renovated and peaceful home. Guests have use of the building's community space which includes a pool table, a game room outfitted with foosball, a library, and a dining area with a fireplace.

Indian Valley Cottage (Retreat)

This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living area. It is located in beautiful Indian Valley. Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, bear, and geese. The Kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave, and should have enough tools for you to make simple meals. I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.

Enjoy biking, rafting, birding and hiking adventures from the centrally located converted historic motor inn, Rainbow's End. Next to Patties Morning Thunder, Quincy's most popular breakfast restaurant; The Grove Makers Space; blocks from the cinema, Quintopia Brewery; walk to the museum, co-op, coffee, pizza, wine bar, shopping, cinema and pond. Two mile bike ride to the world famous High Sierra Music Festival in July and top notch mountain biking trails.

Meyers Ranch Cabin - Hot Spring - Patio - Farm

Words and pictures don't do this place justice. This beautiful cabin, with pine interior and gorgeous views, has its own lawn and private patio. You will have access to our hot spring and swimming reservoir (the hot spring requires 4-wheel-drive in inclement weather.) The ranch is a great place for hiking, star gazing, relaxing at the water's edge or enjoying the country life. The perfect place to stay and unwind, or regroup for your next adventure.

Cozy Family Mountain Getaway in the Pines King Bed

Newer family home in a lovely little neighborhood. The house is decorated in a cozy country style that invites relaxation. The house has three patios and one with a table for outdoor dining. Our home has a smart TV for easy access to your favorite apps. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking meals together. Our local marina, Lime Saddle, has boat, kayak and paddle board rentals for a day on the lake.

Storybook Suite

We are a pet-friendly dwelling and welcome all pets who have good house manners. As we do live upstairs with 3 pets - there will be some footsteps from time to time. This unit stays nice and cool in the summer and there are heaters to keep warm in the winter. There is lots of space to socialize and a full kitchen to utilize. Whether traveling for work or pleasure - The Storybook Suite will provide a cozy mountain farm retreat.

Oak Knoll

Come stay in the guest house at Oak Knoll. Property is serene with oak trees surrounding it and views overlooking Dillengers pond and valley. Short walking distance to downtown Quincy where the local shops and restaurants are located. Guest house has own separate entrance with designated parking spot. Has nice outside porch with sitting area. Large studio room with bathroom attached and contains kitchenette and large closet.

This cabin has all the comforts of home. Located in a community built by the railroad in the early 1900's. next to the historic Paxton Lodge. Gold, Trains, Ghosts and Rock'n'Roll A short walk to the Feather River and the best sand beach on the river! Swimming, kayaking, and fishing are all available in the area. Hiking, horseback riding, off road trails for hundreds of miles.

Sweet Mountain Suite

One bedroom attached suite. Directly across the highway from “South Park” mountain bike trails. Hiking trails and swimming holes near by, fenced in backyard with a forest view and just 4 minute drive from downtown Quincy, Ca! Large parking area for oversized vehicles. The one full bed is mostly ideal for one person.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy the lovely setting of this peaceful spot in nature. Sleeps plenty! This cozy home is located at Serene Wild Plumas California Campground, explore the campgrounds 50 acres with trails and creek access and it is just a quick 10 minute drive to Lake Almanor.
