Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. This is a remote place for nature lovers or to stress down! Situated in the middle of a nature reserve, the guest house is at the edge of a forest and offers a view into the valley. You can experience the sound of silence, the whistle of birds of pray and the cry of the owl at night. The reserve is known for its large variety of wild life including eagles and some rare frog species. At night the stars are visible from your window. The nearest shop is 7 km away, 2 km to the next bus station.

I området finns även tillgång till affär, pizzeria, utebad, Ystad golfklubb mm. 150 meter till busshållplats mot Ystad eller Simrishamn.

Här bor du ovanpå byns charmiga lanthandel med rejält tilltagen uteplats med vy över takåsarna och fälten. Det finns också egen gräsmatta till boendet . Byn Glemmingebro ligger omgiven av böljande fält med närmsta stranden 5 km söderut. Skeppssättningen Ale stenar finns knappt en mil bort och Sandhammaren med sina sanddyner och vita sand ligger ännu några kilometer längre österut.

A nice holiday home with a lovely view of the open landscape on Österlen. One length of this built-around farm is furnished for a pleasant holiday stay. There are three bedrooms with two beds in each room and a cosy sleeping loft with ladder. A large living room in open plan with kitchen and a spacious bathroom makes the accommodation both practical and comfortable.
