We live upstairs with our cairn terrier and cat and will be sharing the yard with you.

The renovated property has air conditioning unit to put a chill in the air if needed. There is a full bath, with access to shared laundry room two doors down. The unit has a tv with Youtube TV and access to other streaming channels if you use your own log-ins. We also have internet access so you can work or play. There is parking in the rear.

Note: Relatively steep stairs; small children only with notice so can install safety railing. Clawfoot tub requires dexterity to enter/exit; if more than 6 feet tall you will need to bend down for shower. Dad Spotted Mom-upstairs. Enjoy a stay where our father first spotted our mother as she was roller-skating by in the late 1940’s. Their marriage of 63+ years resulted in 5 children; this is lucky house!
