Verna house

Verna House is the on site lodging for River Dell Venue. This four bedroom farm house sits on a 180 acre farm overlooking the Kalamazoo River. Come enjoy all the comforts of home in this spacious 1880's farm house, or take a stroll around our vast green spaces and gardens. The house has four bedrooms on the second floor and a full bath on the first. fully furnished kitchen, as well as washer and dryer. Larger parties and gatherings are welcome with advance notice.

Stay in a YURT on An Equine Rescue Ranch

The yurt is located on a 30 Acre Equine Rescue ranch. It is a 4 season 20ft yurt in the middle of the ranch with a beautiful view of Mustangs (American Legends). All proceeds from rental will go back to the rescue. There is electric, an outhouse a short walk away, a cold water spigot close by. Minutes away from Pleasant Lake for swimming, a local winery & 38 minutes from Ann Arbor. We offer tours and chances to interact with equines, including American Mustangs!

Read on the gracious front porch with the barns as a backdrop, and listen for the faint sound of the train as it passes through town.

The NE bedroom (Option a.) is a full size-double bedroom w/TV area & dedicated workspace. (Options b. & c. will be locked off & vacant during your stay). Message the host if you prefer one bedroom w/a different sleeping configuration. Options are b. NW one-bedroom queen w/fireplace & walk-in closet, or c. Midwest one bedroom w/two-XL twins + toddler bed w/ walk-in closet. THIS IS A NO WEAPONS ZONE.
