Minutes away from Inverness, Cabot Links & the most beautiful beaches on our island This unit sleeps 4 comfortably but has the option to sleep 1 additional person on the couch if sharing a smaller space is not a concern We’re the perfect last stop when travelling the Cabot Trail from East to the West side of the island & we’re only a short drive to the mainland when leaving or if you prefer to start your Cape Breton adventure travelling up the west coast we are on your way to the Cabot Trail

Cozy private waterfront cottage on Bras d'Or Lake just minutes to the Cabot Trail & the quaint town of Baddeck (9km). Make this a home base for all your island adventures. Bring your camera, hiking shoes, golf clubs, guitar and singing voice. At the end of it all come and sit and sip by a cozy fire, a moonlight sky and be star struck. Mine is a great spot to chill out and enjoy nature. Swimming, kayaks & SUPs. Baddeck, where it all begins and ends...Get looped on the Cabot Trail! ADULTS ONLY

Spectacular Cottage, Ocean Views, 3 Min. to Beach

You'll love this spectacular, 2-cabin cottage overlooking the ocean! High ceilings, white-washed-boards interior, and lots of natural light. If you put your kids to bed early, the separate cabins are a big advantage. Huge bathroom has heated floors and ocean views. Enjoy a huge wrap-around deck. If you can tear yourself away, there are 3 beaches within 5 minutes and world-class golf at nearby Cabot Cliffs. 5 min to Cabot Trail and 30 min. to National Park. Agreement to be signed on booking.

Situated on a hillside overlooking the historic St. Ann’s bay, the Old Trail cabin is conveniently located just 5.5km from the start of the Cabot trail and the Gaelic College. A great spot to start or finish your Cabot Trail adventures! The cabin is designed to feel as open and airy as possible for a small space. The bedroom has a queen bed and the loft has a single bed. Kitchenette has coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge and microwave. All amenities needed are only 15 mins away in Baddeck.

Cabot Trail Wilderness Cabin | The Canopy

The Canopy is the 2nd largest of the 3 wilderness cabins, and closest to the washrooms, nestled among the forest which leads down to the waterfront. All the cabins sleep two people, with a personal fire pit, bbq, kitchenette, drinking water (although no running water), and all the amenities needed to spend a few nights in nature. The shared outdoor bathroom has been hand crafted with lots of natural light, a composting toilet (i.e. non-flushing), hot water shower and two sinks.

Our cabin is fully equipped with everything you need for the night, week or even the month. Our air conditioned cabin features 2 bedroom, 3 piece bath, and full Kitchen. Screen in deck and bbq. Off the driveway is a trail that lead you to the “Blue ponds” There is a backyard to enjoy a friendly game of horse shoes or washer toss. We are located 1.2 km on East Big Intervale Road, Margaree Valley. A 3 minute drive from the famous Margaree River and a 10 minute drive to Cabot trail!

Situated on a hobby farm, this cozy cottage offers a peaceful setting close to all the highlights Cape Breton has to offer! Clean, fresh and comfy. We have closed for the winter months.
