Nestled in the countryside of Tsoukalades , Kaminia Blue is a beautifully crafted stone & wood cottage just 100m from the tranquil Kaminia beach. This charming retreat accommodates up to 5 guests, featuring two bedrooms, a cozy sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. Guests will appreciate the outdoor shower, BBQ , and lush garden that enhances the atmosphere. Awaken to breathtaking views of the sea and the sunrise, as well as the stunning beaches of Agios Ioannis & Myloi.

The Zoe Villas are two separate two-storey stone houses located in beautiful green surroundings with an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. They are equipped with air conditioning, central heating , a fireplace and each Villa has its own garage, private entrance, swimming pool ( length 4 x 5 m. Depth 1.70 m), private garden with a BBQ. Each house can accommodate 4-6 people and are fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to ensure our guests to have an enjoyable and forgettable holiday.

The Herb Garden is a stylish private villa, light and spacious, located ideally in the center of the island. The stone walled garden planted with fresh thyme and oregano, includes a swimming pool, and outside dining terrace and seating area. The interior is stylish and spacious including an open-plan living room area and fully equipped kitchen and a romantic double bedroom with shower room. It can be combined with its sister villas, The Scented Garden and Secret Garden in case of larger groups.

Benetia Cottage /private cove/ 1 kayak /6 SUP

We live in the most beautiful area of the island far away from massive tourism. We have our own private cove just down the house. It is great for snorkeling, diving, you can see fish and star fish. We have 1 kayak for 2 people and 6 standup paddles that you can use for free. It is ideal for exploring the famous blue caves. You might even see a seal or a turtle. The port of Agios Nikolaos is only 5 min walk. There are 2 beaches, some restaurants and traditional tavernas, mini-markets, bars.

It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. This romantic stone farmhouse is a renovated pre-earthquake warehouse, restored in 2020. The architectural features of the exterior have been preserved whilst inside the space has been transformed into a simple rustic open plan farmhouse;
