Endless Ionian Breezes at a House on the Island of Ithaca

Lounge on a hillside terrace with sea views as the refreshing sea breeze is flowing all day long. In the evening air carries the scent of jasmine and honeysuckle. A serene atmosphere continues indoors with potted plants, elegant built-in furnishings, and tasteful decor in muted earth tones. Lighting and other details complete the serenity. The house has an airy relaxed ambiance, combining modern architecture with traditional elements. You can enjoy high quality materials, high ceilings, playful light and fine linen. A bluetooth speaker is available to enjoy your favourite music from your computer. Bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso coffee machine is provided. A built stone BBQ is available for use. For the colder months, there is a pellet stove along with electric blankets that give it a warm feeling. You have access to our own home grown vegetable garden, according to the season of course. I am available at all times for any assistance required. Though the island of Ithaki is small, it has many hidden treasures. It is my pleasure to help you explore them. Any holiday related services, like rentals or bookings can be arranged upon request. Ithaki island is a quite and rather intimate place with lots of treasures to discover. The house is in the village of Ag. Saranta, a traditional settlement in the northern part, overlooking Afales Bay. The beach nearby with amazing water is 5 min drive away. The village of Stavros, with all amenities, and the fishing village of Frikes are both 1.5 kilometers away. Unfortunately, there is no public transport in Ithaki. Hiring a car is highly advisable Access to Ithaki is via Cephalonia, Patra, Astakos and in the summer months from Lefkas as well.

Beautiful house with garden and amazing lake view

Πρόκειται για έναν πλήρως ανακαινισμένο χώρο, στο ισόγειο μιας παραδοσιακής πέτρινης κατοικίας, με έναν πανέμορφο κήπο και υπέροχη πανοραμική θέα στην λίμνη. Διαθέτει όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις (αυτόνομη θέρμανση, κλιματισμό, smart tv), με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ανατομικό στρώμα για ξεκούραστο και άνετο ύπνο. Η Villa Callista είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό διώροφο πέτρινο αρχοντικό 131 τ.μ. χτισμένο πριν 200 χρόνια στην κορυφή ενός λόφου στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Fanariotatika. Ήταν η κατοικία του Άρχοντα της περιοχής. Είναι το πρώτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του Neradu house και περιβάλλεται από έναν αιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2020-2021 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.

Beach house - a few steps from the sea

Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην παλιά πόλη των Τρικάλων το "Βαρουσι". Μόλις 5’ με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Η ησυχία και η αίσθηση ότι βρίσκεσαι σε χωριό το διακρίνει. Μια γραφική, όμορφη, ζεστή γειτονιά από άλλη εποχή, ακριβώς κάτω από το κάστρο, δίπλα στον λόφο του προφήτη Ηλία, περικυκλωμένο από εκκλησίες.
