Welcome To Yannis. This studio has a small kitchenette for minor cooking, toaster, and kettle. Air-con , Fridge, T.V , Wiifii and hairdryer. A small, private outside balcony with a fantastic ocean view. Built into the side of the hill, and under our other rooms, due to its structure has a lower than normal ceiling. The bathroom has no window but has an automatic air extractor. Fantastic location with only a 5 min walk to town, and 10 min walk to beach. Bookings only accepted if you are over 21

Panoramic port view apartment is fully equipped, ideally located a small complex with a private road, on a hill over the beach of Ios port. Focus on the breathtaking panoramic view of the Port, Chora and Santorini. The endless blue of the Aegean sea unfolds at your feet. Just a 3 minutes drive from Ios port and 8 min drive to Chora. We recommend you to rent a car, motorbike or atv, in order to explore all the beautiful beaches and Ios scenery. Feel free to enjoy your privacy with a great view.

Επίσης, υπάρχει δημοτικό πάρκινγκ ένα λεπτό με τα πόδια από το κατάλυμα μας και εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλες τις υπηρεσίες της χώρας -μόλις πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια- σούπερ μάρκετ, αρτοποιεία, καφετέριες και εστιατόρια, καταστήματα, ενοικιάσεις αυτοκινήτων, και στάσεις λεωφορείου.

A small white house with blue windows, in the heart of the Aegean, was always my dream! That's how everything started and now I own this tiny house of 27sqm in the magical town of Ios island. This place was a small cafe before. Was abandoned for about 20 years and, as i like to transform, I turned it to a cosy nest for my family. The idea was a polymorphical place that has everything we need in a small house . I hope that you will love this place as I do!!!

Σε μικρή απόσταση από το κέντρο της χώρας( 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια για τα ψώνια και τη διασκέδασή σας), αλλά και απο τις υπέροχες παραλίες του νησιού μας. Αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια, wc, κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και barbeque.

Newly built picturesque stone bungalow situated in an olive grove steps away from the port of Ios. Minimal Cycladic decor, spacious and modern with all amenities, ideal for a couple or a three member family with a double bed and built single bed/couch.
