Our house located at Fotimari, 15 minutes from the port (5.5km –last 1.5 km smooth dirt road), within our 13000 m2 plot, overlooking green hills full of oak and olive trees, beautiful marked walking ancient trails and the fantastic view of Chora village (Ioulis). This characteristic Cycladic fully renovated stone-built house of more than 150 years old, formerly used as a wine press tastefully decorated, it provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique small house is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a king size double bed, living room with sofa and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private garden. The property is ideal for those that want to have a relaxing holiday. The house is a short distance from the main village of Ioulis, 10 minutes from the port (by car) and 15 minutes from various beaches (by car). The property has a swimming pool and a nice terrace where you can sit and relax, while enjoying a good meal from the BBQ. The house has ample room for up to to six guests, with two good sized bedrooms and a third open-plan bedroom overlooking the living room, two bathrooms and a w.c.

Our stone house is at Melissaki, 3.5km of dirt road (13min) from the port of Kea. It is the lower house of a complex of two separate houses with astonishing view of the sea and a marvelous sunset! You can find calmness and quietness in a typical picturesque landscape full of unique sent of wild bushes and especially thyme. Vourkari, full of excellent restaurants, taverns and bars, is 15min away, Ioulida, (capital of the island) is 30min away and the beautiful beach of Xyla is 3km away.

Seaside Heaven

This beautifully decorated house in located in a unique spot at the very edge of Otzias beach. With its very own beach rock with platform and umbrella, you can have a very private swim & sunbathe. The house is close enough to have easy access to taverns, golden sandy beach, kiosk, sport courts and children playground, and far enough to be completely and utterly private. You can watch busy summer life from a close distance or turn to the other edge of the house, away from any gaze.

Set on the top of a hill, on a 5000 sq.m. land, it enjoys breathtaking sunset views over Vourkari and the grand blue, and lies only a 10 minute-walk away from a little sandy cove, one of the best beaches on the island, in my opinion.

A serene place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The property is split into two separate levels/villas. Guests have their fully private level, Agelos villa, complete with living area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms & toilet. They also have their own patio with sea view.
