This loft is situated above a small town bustling coffee shop, also overlooking the park in the town square. The space is the perfect combination of old historic charm with a modern urban flair with plenty of natural sunlight streaming through the front windows. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room where there are multiple seating options. The bedroom and living room have smart TVs if you want to use your own streaming site. The spa inspired bathroom has numerous amenities included.

This elevated second story apartment has an incredible view of the historic downtown square and courthouse. Bring your group to be in a centralized location near dining/bars , shopping, museums, and a movie theatre. Accommodations for a group of seven is ideal for getaways or special occasions. East Village is a vibrant neighborhood with shopping, great restaurants, entertainment and festivals! We are only a few blocks from the Des Moines trail system. Our place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Unique downtown studio loft with balcony overlooking the Cedar River. Loft sleeps up to 4 adults, one queen sized bed and 2 high quality full sized futons (pack and play available upon request for small children). Located right down town with shopping and night life steps away. This unit does not have a full kitchen. (small sink, small fridge/freezer, pizzaz, microwave, and electric griddle are in the bar area) Public Parking located off of 1st St NE to the North of Bremer Ave.
