Waterfront Apartment in the Heart of Dublin City

It is a double bedroom with an en suite shower room. It has a king size bed so perfect for a single person or a couple. access to the balcony, but the kitchen it is out of limits (No exceptions!) because a recent diagnosed illness which needs special attention to foods with allergens and cross contamination that can become a serious issue for me. However, there are several cafes and restaurants directly underneath the apartment for any amount of food or beverage. The apartment is in the Silicon Docklands area where all High Tech European Headquarters such Google, Facebook and Airbnb are, close to cool bars and restaurants. Walking distance from the 3 Arena, Aviva Stadium, Trinity College, Temple Bar, Dublin Casttle, St. Patrick's Cathedral, St. Stephen's Green, Oscar Wilde monument and a bit further Croke park and the Guinness factory! You have easy access by train, bus or car to any area of Dublin or to the surrounding areas. Ideally you don't need a car in this area so if you are considering renting one for an on going journey, rent it at the end of the Dublin stay and or drop it off before the Dublin stay as parking (as in any capital city) can be hard to find a bit expensive. Dublin bikes are just outside the door and public transport (buses and trains ) are 1 minute to 5 min walk away. The apartment is located 20 minutes from the airport by taxi. Cost approximately €25 depending on time of day and traffic.
