Welcome to Kinney Valley Farm, a rustic but modernized farmhouse retreat. Nestled on 110 private acres of serene woods and apple orchards, this is the perfect place to unplug and explore the peaceful beauty of Northern Wisconsin. The farmhouse is set back on a quiet country road, offering complete privacy. Just outside the doorstep, explore the property’s babbling creek, fields, and woods. We live on the adjoining property next door and are available if you need any assistance or directions.

FYI, no events will take place during your stay. The Farmhouse was built in the late 1880s in the traditional Finnish style of square-cut logs. It was extensively renovated with two other additions and all the modern amenities you'd expect in a home today. Whether you're here for fishing, canoeing, snowmobiling, or simply relaxing in the quiet of the north woods, we know you'll enjoy your stay. Need more space? Cozy South Shore cottage near Lake Superior

Enjoy the splendor of Lake Superior at our cozy, rustic cottage near Port Wing, WI. Situated halfway between Duluth/Superior and Bayfield, it's the perfect location to visit all your favorite South Shore locations. There's no need to choose between privacy & the difficulties of accessing remote properties. Our cottage is located within 68 acres of private, wooded wilderness. Yet since we're next to the Wisconsin Lake Superior Scenic Byway (Hwy 13), it's easy to get wherever you want to go!

Norrsken Scandinavian Cottage

The guest cottage is painted to resemble a Scandinavian retreat. Complete with separate bedroom, extra fold-out sofa queen bed, kitchenette, wood burning stove, WiFi (the best we can find but not great!!!) and large television (DirecTV), it is a great getaway for a couple or a family. Owners live on property if you need anything. If you are a bit adventurous, we can put up a tent right next to Lake Superior. The entire property is smoke free. For a quiet stay, no snowmobiles or ATVs.

Located at the heart of the trail system, with easy access to the corridor, and a large parking area for trucks and trailers. Treat yourself to a deluxe stay in this quiet, newly constructed cabin with picture windows, screened porch and barrel sauna. Enjoy long days and sunsets at Corny Beach, a 10 min walk from the cabin along a nature trail. Visit Bayfield 20 min away or take in the quirky, small-town of Cornucopia and then come home to pure comfort and take a sauna in this peaceful forest! The cabin has an occupancy limit of 2 adults and one dog. A SUP board is stored near the beach for guests in summer.

Whether you are looking for a quiet get-away or unlimited outdoor activities, our four bedroom cottage will meet your needs! It is located on Long Lake just east of Iron River, WI, in Bayfield County. Fishing, bird watching, biking, cross-country skiing and hiking are great "silent sports" but the cabin is also only a few blocks from the Tri-County Corridor (the start of the Whistlestop Marathon) for exceptional dirt biking, four-wheeling and snowmobiling.
