Beautiful guest house near DFW/ATT

It's very hard to find this huge and private space. The suite is over 850sft. More than half acre backyard, basketball court, bbq. Gym on the first floor. This suite is fully furnished with a comfortable kingbed (newly added soft mattress topper). Livingroom has table and chairs, microwave and instant pot for tea or coffee. And a large full size refrigerator downstairs. Private full bathroom inside of the suite! You will enjoy this one of the kind privacy stay! Thank you for your business!

The studio shares a laundry room with my fam. Located near DFW Airport and Las Colinas' restaurants, our safe neighborhood is ideal for walks. My family (with small kids) live next door to the studio so expect sounds and kitchen odors to travel.
