The apartment includes a separate laundry room with a washer/dryer, a water heater and Starlink. Located in a quiet and central area, feel at home in paradise!

Starlink internet and access points on the entire property (inside and outside) so you never loose your connection. Hot water with solar panels Reserve osmosis potable water in the flat and in the outside general chilling area. Comfy bed clothing!

La casa es espaciosa, ventilada y con una linda vista al poseer ventanas grandes. Encontrarás privacidad ya que no hay vecinos colindantes, tranquilidad y seguridad ya que se ubica en un barrio residencial, lejos del ruido y a tan sólo 8 minutos caminando del pueblo. Estamos a 3 cuadras del muelle de arribo donde se ubica también el sitio de visita Concha de Perla que es un lugar hermoso para hacer snorkel. PD: YA NO HAY MASCOTA EN LA CASA.

Nuestra acogedora y moderna habitación triple, dispone de maravillosas vistas, amplias y cómodas camas, aire acondicionado, armario, ropa de cama, artículos, de aseo y un baño privado con ducha. Hay salones que se comparten como el área de cocina, zona de comedor y zona de estar. Las habitaciones son amplias y con excelente iluminación, contamos con paneles solares para las duchas.
