This district of Budapest is a unique neighborhood, and the property is located close to iconic places like Andrássy Avenue, the Opera, and the Institute of Balett. The city's famous ruin bars are also right on the next street. Day parking garage is available in the next building for daily fee. There is a gym very close to our house just one streets away (within 100meter). It is called Tempelfit and they offer good daily rates (HUF 2000) and very favourable 8 occasion rate (HUF 9000). They offer large Finnish and infra sauna, free Wifi, unlimited sugar-free soft drinks as well. If you are living an active life, you definitely have to check out this place.

Bars and clubs are close by, it is in a quiet neighbourhood. 8-10 minutes walk from the Heroes’s Square, Citypark, Zoo, Széchenyi Bath. It is close to shops, international restaurants. We opened Kishaz for you in 2019. Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.
