This is an apartment of about 80 square meters in a sixteenth century building, with a view of the sea, the islands of Procida and Vivara and part of the Phlegrean Coast, and of course of the Aragonese Castle. The apartment is located in the historical centre, the old town of Ischia Ponte, and is surrounded by all main facilities, shops, restaurants, chemist, food-stores, etc. The double bedroom and the main living area are on two different levels, connected by a few steps, there is a small single bedroom, a kitchen with sitting area, an entrance hall and three bathrooms, one of which has a shower. There are two entrances: one directly from the old town centre and the other one over a beautiful terrace (approx 15 m2) from the Aragonese promenade. You will find satellite TV (Astra) and Italian digital TV, as well as Internet and electric heating. The apartment has a four-burner stove, oven, fridge, washing machine, hair-dryer, microwave, kettle and sufficient kitchen-equipment and linens. Despite its very central location it is a very quiet place, perfect for those guests who would like to enjoy the beauties of the Gulf and Ischia’s Old Town in a cosy and serene atmosphere. A few meters from the terrace the jetty is the mooring area for small fisher boats selling fresh fish, and 200 meters towards the centre you will find an ancient bakery with a wood-oven daily selling their delicious fresh bread.

La posizione ottimale di questo meraviglioso appartamento, la vista e la tranquillità, i comfort che il piccolo appartamento offre, restano sempre nel cuore dei nostri ospiti dal 1929. Nelle vicinanze boutique alla moda, ristoranti per tutti i gusti, spiagge e terme, i pescatori con il loro pescato, piccoli alimentari, pizzerie, noleggio motorini, escursioni.

La terrazza con vista sul Castello Aragonese

L'appartamento è poco distante dal borgo di Ischia Ponte e dal Castello Aragonese, raggiungibili in pochi minuti per una strada in discesa situata di fronte all'appartamento oppure lungo la romantica scalinata di via Sorronzano. Se amate tuffarvi in mare al mattino presto, raggiungete la piccola spiaggia di s.Anna oppure gli scogli di Ischia Ponte per una nuotata prima di gustare un cornetto ischitano .. che è molto più di un croissant! Ricordate che ad ogni discesa corrisponde una salita!!!

Appartamento composto da soggiorno con tv, cucina, due camere da letto matrimoniali, due bagni. ARIA CONDIZIONATA SOLO NELLE CAMERE DA LETTO. E' ubicato nel centro storico di Forio. Terrazzo panoramico al terzo piano attrezzato con tavolo, divani, lettini prendisole e piano di appoggio con lavello (spazio condiviso con l’host che utilizza il terrazzo solo per gli stendibiancheria). NB. Si può usufruire del terrazzo fino alla mezzanotte. Visitatori non ammessi

"CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;

L'appartamento composto da camera da letto, bagno, soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano letto, terrazzo si affaccia su un ampio giardino con vista privilegiata sull'incantevole baia di Citara, dove le sfumature suggestive dei tramonti foriani, regalano ogni giorno emozioni contrastanti ed intense. L'appartamento dista circa 300 m dalle spiaggie di Citara, Cava dell'Isola e dal Parco Termale "Giardini Poseidon ". Il centro storico dista circa 2 km.

"Profumo di mare" casa vacanze Ischia

Profumo di mare è un attico bilocale di nuova costruzione, in villa, con un ampio terrazzo panoramico. È situato nella baia di Cartaromana, con vista sul golfo di Napoli (Vesuvio, penisola Sorrentino, isole di Capri, Procida e Vivara). L'attico è costituito da una camera da letto, un soggiorno con divano letto e angolo cottura, ed un bagno, per un totale di 40 mq. L'ampio terrazzo (50 mq), coperto per metà da una tettoia, è attrezzato con ogni comfort.

Il monolocale appena ristrutturato e' situato nel Comune di Forio, nelle immediate vicinanze della Baia di Sorgeto. Poco più distanti si trovano la Spiaggia di Citara, con i famosi Giardini Poseidon ed equidistante troverete il pittoresco borgo di Sant' Angelo d'Ischia. L'ubicazione dell'appartamento e' l'ideale per chi cerca la pace e la tranquillità. L'appartamento comprende angolo cottura,bagno,letto matrimoniale, Wi-fi e vista mare.

A pochi passi troverete la fermata dell'Autobus e tutti i servizi (Bar, Ristoranti, Pizzerie, Supermercati, Farmacia, Bancomat, Shopping), data la vicinanza al centro del paese.
