The Villa it’s composed of a living room with a window directly on the sea, a kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms and a magnificent garden with a terrace overlooking the beautiful bay of San Francesco. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, oven and everything you need to cook unforgettable italian meals. Inside the living room, with its big window on the sea, you’ll find a double sofa bed, two armchairs, dining table, TV and Air Conditioning. The two bedrooms feature a private bathroom with shower and a direct access to an amazing and peaceful garden. The big spaces and the smart disposition of the villa allows you to easily set up lunch and dinners both inside and outside the property, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets on the sea. During the stay I provide my guests with my phone number. I’m always reachable and willing to give any information about the properties or tips regarding a places to visit eat, visit and enjoy the island. La casa è a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Forio d'Ischia, sulla spiaggia della baia di San Francesco. Nelle immediate vicinanze parcheggio, fermata autobus, stazione taxi, supermarket, ristorantini, bar e negozietti tipici. The bus stop for Forio is just 200 meters from the house while the one to reach the other places on the island is just over 600 meters. Daily trips from the port of Forio leave for boat trips to the nearby islands or to the mainland The Villa is located not far from the center of Forio and the touristic port. It can accommodate up to 7 people. The exclusive location allows easy access to the island's most beautiful and significant attractions, such as the Negombo Spa, the Poseidon Spa and the La Mortella gardens. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The beautiful town of Forio it’s just 2 km from the villa is: with its narrow streets, craft shops, restaurants and clubs, it’s definitely a place to be in the island. Don’t forget to visit the famous Chiesa del Soccorso and the Torrione, and enjoy a pleasant day at the Poseidon spa.

It is near the ancient Villa Zavota which now is known as Villa Parodi Delfino. Giuseppe Garibaldi, stayed there in 1884 to recover with the aid of the thermal waters from the wounds suffered during the battle of Aspromonte. L'appartamento è poco distante dal borgo di Ischia Ponte e dal Castello Aragonese, raggiungibili in pochi minuti per una strada in discesa situata di fronte all'appartamento oppure lungo la romantica scalinata di via Sorronzano. Se amate tuffarvi in mare al mattino presto, raggiungete la piccola spiaggia di s.Anna oppure gli scogli di Ischia Ponte per una nuotata prima di gustare un cornetto ischitano .. che è molto più di un croissant! Ricordate che ad ogni discesa corrisponde una salita!!!

Situato sul Corso principale di Lacco Ameno, e’formato da una camera da letto matrimoniale, poltrona letto, bagno, cucina. L'ampio terrazzo panoramicissimo, dal quale ammirare il porto di lacco ameno e il suo "fungo", è attrezzato per potervi cenare e sdraiarsi al sole. Basta scendere le scale di casa per avere tutto a disposizione; spiagge, fermata bus, taxi, parcheggio, supermarket, bar, ristoranti, shopping, e a meno di 1km la splendida baia di S. Montano e il Museo di Pithecusae.

Situato all’ultimo piano di una villa degli anni'60, a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare, ristoranti, bar, shopping di Ischia Ponte e Castello Aragonese. A 2 chilometri dal porto di Ischia. Fermata bus di fronte l'alloggio. Climatizzato. Wi-fi veloce

"La Moresca del Borgo di Celsa"

A pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal Castello Aragonese, patrimonio dell'umanità, questo antico appartamento realizzato negli spazi di un ex convento ed arredato con gusto, si compone di un ampio soggiorno (con divano letto), una cucina con annessa sala da pranzo vista mare, due camere da letto matrimoniali e due bagni. Può ospitare fino ad un massimo di cinque persone.

Centro storico Forio (Ischia)

L'appartamento è situato nel corso principale di Forio, a pochi metri da tutto ciò possa servire: fermate autobus, rent&car, supermercato, bar, edicola, farmacia, cinema e negozi vari. A 200m è situata la Chiesa del Soccorso dove ammirare i tramonti più belli dell'isola. La spiaggia più vicina è la "chiaia" 10' a piedi.
