There is a boxcar and a caboose on the property that are being rehabbed and will eventually be available to rent on this property also. It is approximately a 15 minute drive to downtown Marquette. We are proud of the space we provide and strive to make it comfortable, clean and affordable for your UP visits. So, relax with your family and friends at this peaceful place to stay. We recently added a gas/charcoal grill and updated the seating areas. We will continue to work on improving this home and hope to have a bar & grill and storage built in the back yard and available for next year.

Kaye Cottage, great location, close to NMU

The Kaye Cottage has been completely renovated from top to bottom. This centrally located home is close to NMU and right off of Third Street. You can easily walk to the beach, campus, sporting events, and many of the local coffee shops, restaurants and bars.
