The Kona Palm Retreat is a private villa that’s a 5-minute drive from Kailua Kona town. The accommodation is private and well appointed. You have your own completely furnished apartment with its own tropical gardens and outdoor seating. There are no shared spaces. Our accommodations are very clean and well furnished, the Hot tub and BBQ area are only for you and your guests and are not shared. Monica and I live upstairs, we rarely see our guests and we respect our guests privacy.

We call the property Old School Hospitality because it was built from recycled materials from the old Hakalau School. Much of the house's charm comes from the unique materials used in construction.

Aloha! Our guest suite is the perfect stop if you are looking for a short drive to the airport and beaches. We are conveniently located about five minutes from the airport and 10-15 minutes to some of the most popular beaches. We are approximately 10-15 minutes from downtown shopping. This is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Please note there is no oven or stove and we are located on a busy street.
