Home features a full size kitchen & all necessary kitchen essentials, 2 -1/2 baths. Master suite welcomes you with King sized bed, 40" Tv; on-suite bath with standup shower! Room #2 features a full-size bed, twin trundle. Room #3 features two twin sized beds. Per HOA-no "spring breakers” allowed -ALL Guests MUST BE AGE 28 or older in MARCH- except families!

It's walking distance to shops, restaurants and Schlitterbahn. We have new appliances, flooring, couches, a washer/dryer, and we're granting you access to the owners' closet w/beach chairs, beach toys, tennis rackets, etc. During Spring Break wrist bands are required for people ages 12 - 32; they're $30 +tax/ea.
