Watch the sunrise over the downland with the village of Godshill and its church spire in the foreground.Take a short walk to the wildlife pond and ancient woodland within the grounds or sit on the sheltered veranda and watch the ponies grazing in the paddock, whatever the weather inside with the wood burning stove alight looking out, the view is spectacular. Pygmy goats graze in the orchard.

It's a stone’s throw from the Estuary and you can see glimpses of water from the courtyard. There’s jetty access for fishing at high tide and a slipway for launching paddle boards and small boats just meters from the front door. Use of an outdoor heated swimming pool by arrangement in the summer.
