The location is very central (5 min walk to Hoxton Station, 8 min to Shorerditch High St station and 12 min walk to Liverpool St station and Old St Station) The flat (1st floor) is quiet as its facing a quiet road. There is a supermarket just underneath and there are many bars, restaurants, pubs cafes. There is a bus (55) just outside taking you directly to Oxford st 24h. A nature-enveloped oasis in the beating heart of London. For the past 10 years our local community has been green landscaping the neighbourhood! We have established 6 wildlife zones, planted over 30000 wildflower bulbs and 1km of new hedgerow. All on the doorstep 🌳 (We are working to obtain a special nature conservation status!) All comforts and appliances of home. Morning sunshine in the kitchen and living room, and afternoon sun filling the bedroom . Lots of plants and lovely things.
