Secluded Tree House Chalet

This beautiful little tree house has been our pandemic project. In October 2020, we bought the home next door and began our adventure. Our Squak Mt. chalet offers a truly unique sense of privacy and tranquility in the lush green canopy of Squak Mountain. Guests enter the home by a cascading waterfall. There are two 28 foot cedar decks (hammock) and a spacious open great room featuring a gas fireplace and kitchen. Walking distance to downtown Issaquah and hiking trails. Perfect for long stays.

A nordic-inspired cabin, tastefully furnished with modern classics; primely located between downtown, the UW & Fremont neighborhoods. Private entrance, reserved parking, 24-hr keyless entry, private garden patio area with full amenities. Easy transit, I-5 access. Please note this property has an Airbnb exemption from hosting service animals or emotional support animals.

Mercer Island Gem in the Middle of a Forest

Located on the first floor of a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom mid-century house, complete with original architectural details, period furniture, a working stereo system and a small collection of LPs to get you in the groove. The space overlooks a secluded yard of old growth trees, stone paths and patio. Queen bed, WiFi, full kitchen, private bathroom with shower, combo washer/dryer, and a queen-size pull-out sofa bed in living room. Two steps lead to a sunken living room, otherwise all on one level.
