Tiny Ballıca is located within the borders of Ballıca Village, 15 mins from Sabiha Gökçen Airport and Viaport Shopping Center and 5 mins from Intercity İstanbul Park. Being very close to the city makes it possible to get away from the crowd and meet with nature and calmness whenever you want. Our tiny house has an open kitchen, a double bedroom on the loft floor, a bathroom and has its own patio. With fireplace & air condition, the house is ideal for both summer and winter getaways.

Our house is only 3 minutes away by walking to İstiklal Street and Şişhane Metro Station. You'll be right in the middle of the city, with easy access to shopping, good food, and easy transportation. This is a 2 bedroom house, with every necessary equipments in it to make you feel comfortable(including high signal WI-FI, AC, SMART TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime , dishwasher etc.). House is all yours, enjoy!
