Casa Giardino is a stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of the small island town of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Just few steps from the sea and beach, but hidden in the garden for full privacy. Park your car in the driveway and walk to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beautiful beaches or just relax here. 60m2 house had been built in a traditional manner but completely refurbished in 2019 for a modern and comfortable stay. Zur Verfügung stehen Ihnen drei Schlafzimmern inklusive Bettwäsche, zwei mit Doppelbett und eins davon mit Bad und ein mit zwei Einzelbetten. Insgesamt sind es zwei Bäder inklusive Handtücher, Bad eins mit Massage-Badewanne und je mit Dusche. Hochstuhl und Reisebett stellen wir gerne zur Verfügung, natürlich kostenlos.

Pets are allowed.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Apartment is located in a family house, on the ground floor with its own garden with a sea view. In the garden there is a terrace with barbecue, deckchairs and an outdoor shower. The house is equipped with a baby bed and a baby feeder. You do not need to use a car to go to the beach because a beautiful pebble beach is 200 meters from the apartment.
