Here is no public transport, so it is not suitable for people without a car. Supermarket (working time: 7:00 - 21:30h), pharmacy, post office, and caffe bar are on a distance of 2,5km. First bigger town (Labin: 20 min), where you can find everything you may need. Beach: Plomin (12km) Rabac (23 km)

Cozy little house with spacious terrace

Cozy little house in the garden behind the family house in residential area, close to the center of Premantura and a short walking distance to the beach. There is a spacious, secluded terrace with a shower, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The house is surrounded by garden full of Mediterranean greenery. The vicinity of the protected nature park Kamenjak with its numerous natural beaches and cycling routes allows for both relaxing and active holydays, according to personal preference.

The mobile homes are for 4 persons, with 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. There is a possibility for 2 extra persons to sleep on the couch in the living area. There is a common swimming pool available with a sun deck where guests can relax and enjoy the summer holiday.
