I offer venetian-styled quintuple rooms with a private bathroom ensuite in the heart of Venice (7 minutes away from San Marco/Rialto bridge) in a typical guesthouse from 17th century. All rooms are on the upper floors and there is no elevator. The checkin takes place from 15 - 19 o'clock (from 19 to 21 o'clock at an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock). The local city tax of 3€ pppn is not included in the room price. From April to end of September we offer a breakfast in our alley (8,00€ pp).

In Tirolo, the Room Passerblick Einzelzimmer with step-free access and interior offers an excellent view of the Alps. The 15 m² property consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 1 person. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning as well as children's books and toys. In addition, a table tennis table is available for your use. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The 40 m² accommodation consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 5 people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. A table tennis table is also available. The holiday home features a private balcony, which is ideal for relaxing evenings. Experience relaxing mornings in the shared garden at this property.

Located in Asti, the Room L'angolo azzurro has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 25 m² property consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV as well as air conditioning. Public transport links are located within walking distance and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk. Free parking is available on the street. One pet is allowed.

The Room Pension Waldheim 16 with step-free interior is located in Ahrntal and overlooks the mountain. The 25 m² property consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 1 person. This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning. Enjoy the shared outdoor area with a garden and playground.
