Dock your boat just steps off your private deck where you can view awesome sunsets. There’s a private sand beach adjacent to the dock with 2 kayaks handy for a peaceful paddle around the lake. It is adjacent to an ATV trail and the snowmobile trails are 2 miles away. A Bocce Ball Court and various yard games are by request.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home, it is walking distance to Crystal Lake, MesabiTrail, Reif center, Yanmar arena, local breweries, shopping, antique shops and close to downtown. A park is conveniently located just a half a block from the house. After a busy day you can enjoy the fire pit, spacious deck, board games and game room.
