This cozy, updated two bedroom apartment mixes midcentury modern and vintage furniture with an organic, upstate NY vibe. The stylish first floor apartment of a classic Ithaca home, nestled into the highly walkable Fall Creek neighborhood. Just a few short blocks from Ithaca Falls, with easy access to Cornell, Ithaca College, and downtown. We took inspiration from boutique hotels when designing this space, with recently renovated bathroom and kitchen, new appliances, smart TV and luxury linens.

Tent&Yurt Camp@Sanctuary In The Woods

10 forested acres 12 miles from Ithaca. Camp small yurt w/padded floor & also at site is a dry lean-to with double bed platform inside. You are welcome to set up tents as well at site. Campfire has grill, benches,picnic table, hammock, table for supplies, Adirondack chair, swing, seesaw, large checker set. Many well marked trails. Assess to well water. Firewood dry seasoned chopped ash available on porch $7 per bundle. We have an outdoor hot water on demand shower & a port-a-potty shared.

Woodland retreat with hot tub in the Finger Lakes

Nestled in a grove of Norway spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

Forestasaurus Glamping

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars in a large canvas bell tent with a real, full size bed. Tucked into the woods, just a short distance from Watkins Glen and the Seneca Wine Trail. The shared modern bath house is a short walk from the site with running potable water and a shower. The property is off grid (no electricity) which means excellent star gazing! Linens are provided. Full eat-in kitchen and side porch with cafe table seating.

Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Ithaca Falls Bar Apartment

Beautiful, private location at the top of Ithaca Falls. The bedroom has a queen bed, a seating corner, a small fold-out sleeper for 1, a private bath, and a kitchenette (microwave, coffeemaker). A 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and to Cornell University. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a larger house; the stairway is shared with the owners and other Airbnb guests. It is ready for you to relax and enjoy everything Ithaca has to offer.

This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.
