Step out the large glass doors onto the deck to enjoy your coffee in the morning sun. Easy walk to everything you need right in the village - restaurants, grocery, wine, barber, post office, library! Beautiful walking trails in the woods are just around the corner. Located a quick 15 minute drive to either Syracuse or Cortland.

Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.

Our house is close to Cornell University (7 miles), Ithaca College (5 miles), Downtown Ithaca (6 miles) Ithaca Airport (10 miles). You’ll love your stay because of its beautiful, quiet location -- a private house on several acres. It is a short walk to 20 acre Jennings Pond and the Danby State Forest. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. The house has a 32” Roku HD Smart TV
