Cozy Casita w/ Red Mountain View

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. One block away is the Berm Trail and Red Mountain Trail. One is flat and ends at Tuacahn Amphitheater and one is a tough hike up the mountain. Bring your dog as we are pet lovers. The Casita is in the lower level and can be accessed anytime with a private code. There's a Queen bed, cot, kitchenette with frig, Keurig, microwave and air fryer. There's a TV and fast internet. Sit on the private patio outside & enjoy the peacefulness of Ivins.

Located near Snow Canyon, Rocky Vista University, and Tuacahn with Hiking, Biking, Art, Utah Senior Games, St George Marathon, and the Ironman to enjoy.

A beautiful and spacious 1400 sq ft end unit condo that is your hub for exploring Southern Utah! Welcome to the The Landing! This is a renovated 90's prefab house which is a perfect basecamp for all your Zion Adventures (25-30 minutes from Zion's park entrance)!
