My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Perlini apartment 5 min from old town and beach

Perlini is located in a residential area of the city, 5 min away from the old town and 3 min from the city beach Kolovare. Self check-in if you want. The building is one of the few that remained intact after the World War II and as such occupies an important place in the history of the city of Zadar. In 1901, the building was built by Italian police inspector Perlini. The building is an old lady, but the apartment is new and modern.

Zadar being 7kms away its just a short drive away.. If you are flying in Zadar airport is 6kms away.
