From my house in Alsancak, the central district of Izmir, you are very close to Izban, Kordon beach, Kıbrıs Şehitleri street, entertainment venues and shopping centres. You can also use all public transport facilities. Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located place. There are two AC in the house. You will spend cold days in summer and warm days in winter with the central heating system. All your own kitchen is fully equipped. Dishwasher and washing machine are available.
