Guesthouse & Pool

This family friendly home is less than 2 miles from Walmart and restaurants. Wifi, Netflix, and Prime video are included with your stay. There is one queen bed, one full bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, and a twin. All of which can accommodate a total of 7 guests. Chipley is located off I-10. It is a 55-minute drive to the beach and a 45-minute drive to Dothan, AL. Falling Waters State Park is 3 miles away. Caverns park 15 miles. No pets and no smoking allowed. Home is sanitized between guest.

Private 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cabin on 1.5 acres

No clay roads. Close to several boat ramps at Lake Seminole. Multiple truck and trailer parking. Wi-Fi added in June 2024. Has been a rental on VRBO for over 5 years. Check out the excellent reviews. Lake Seminole is known for bass fishing, duck and gator hunting. There are several great restaurants and Dollar General close by. Cabin is ready for fishermen, hunters, or an escape from city life. Very clean and cozy and fully equipped . We accept up to 2 dogs. A fee of $40 per stay.

Big Home with HotTub on Lake Seminole

Lakefront house has 4 Large Bedrooms & 2½ Baths. 10 people can comfortably sleep in this spacious 2250 square foot house. You will enjoy a massive fireplace, cathedral ceiling with cypress beams, and a large sun-room offering a wonderful view of the lake, two miles from Seminole State Park & a slip for boats nearby. The lake is perfect for all boating activities including fishing, skiing, and pulling kids on tubes. Pets are welcome. There is a $100 pet fee. Hot tub will be filled and ready!

Fish, Hunt, Grill, or Chill with direct access to the big lake in just 8 minutes by boat.. Lake Seminole contains 37,500 acres of water, and a shoreline of 376 miles. Bass-Masters annual event attracts anglers from all 50 states. The fish include largemouth bass, crappie, chain pickerel, catfish, striped bass and others. Home is nicely decorated with a lake theme. Awesome Sunsets and views of the lake from the screened-in porch, backyard, 80ft dock, and boat house.

This unique place has a style all its own. A quiet getaway only 1 mile from Lake Seminole. We have space to park your boat in the grass. Goats on the property for petting, or feeding cheerios. Firepit and swings at night. It is a close drive to Alabama, Georgia, or the Panama City Beaches. Historic Marianna is only 20 minutes away with caverns, tubing, and shopping. Sneads has immediate amenities including groceries, gas, and restaurants, and is only 1 mile from BNB.

Beautiful cottage with large decks and large yard . Plenty of Parking place for trailers or Rvs. 2 beautiful lakes near and lots of Privacy. Property has several springs and borders with Econfina wildlife park . Also several larger springs about 15 minutes away and beaches 40 minutes . Weekly and Monthly discounted rate. Finish Sauna and cold plunge are very popular .Firewood included in price for sauna and Oak for grilling .

Camping near FL Caverns & springs

Always wanted to go camping but you don't have experience. My property is within the city limits of Marianna, FL (near Florida Caverns), but it is like being in the middle of the woods. You will experience birds, the sound of a stream; fire pit; charcoal or propane grill; mini frig, induction burner, some dishes & utensils, Inside bathroom.
