A new 1000 sq ft guest cottage sharing 25 pastoral acres with an historic country home. Finest amenities including queen bed, luxury bath, full kitchen* wi-fi and electric fireplace. Additionally, there is a bunk room with two six ft bunks and a sectional sofa for unexpected guests. There's a front porch overlooking a large lawn and larger pasture. Very private. All pets welcome. This home is only four miles from Sanford Stadium making it convenient to any and all UGA related activities.

Quaint rustic cabin in wooded setting. The property is on roughly 5 acres set back from the main road. It is adjacent to 15 acres of family owned walking trails we share with our guests. A perfect retreat for a family to reconnect with mother nature or just for a quiet getaway. Our guests love the fire pit and front porch swing. Basement level apartment has full time resident. Guests have own entrance and parking. No shared living spaces. Owners live on same property in separate house.

Fully furnished apartment near downtown Athens, that is great for travelling with pets or children. Master bedroom includes a king sized bed, with stylish decor and spacious closet. The spare bedroom is furnished with a twin over double bunk bed, that has a trundle bed for an addition guest. Living room has a very comfy sectional couch and 75" TV. This home away from home will comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and convenient to shopping and downtown.

Welcome to our lovely Airbnb in Athens, Georgia! We are experienced super hosts and have a handful of Airbnbs in the Athens area. This home is a classic ranch style house featuring 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a nice living area, roomy kitchen, and a great screened in porch. Conveniently located, we are a short drive to UGA's campus, downtown Athens, Normaltown, and other surrounding areas. For those visiting for UGA football games, we are an easy 14 minute drive to Sanford Stadium.

This detached area for living is a slice of the country living, close to Road Atlanta (9 miles) and the Chateau Elan (6.5miles), Braselton, GA. North Georgia Medical Center Borrow County (4.5 miles). This is a very peaceful living area that was built for my wife’s parents we brought from Puerto Rico after the hurricane wiped out everything.
