This home is a classic ranch style house featuring 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a nice living area, roomy kitchen, and a great screened in porch. Conveniently located, we are a short drive to UGA's campus, downtown Athens, Normaltown, and other surrounding areas. For those visiting for UGA football games, we are an easy 14 minute drive to Sanford Stadium.

This charming 1950's ranch is located in the heart of historic downtown Braselton. Walk to restaurants and events. Conveniently located across the street from the Braselton Civic Center, less than one mile from the Braselton Event Center and Hoschton Train Depot for wedding parties. Access to major highways nearby make it easy for you to go on your adventures. Only five minutes to downtown and the famous UGA Arch.
