1 bedroom basement apartment with living room, kitchen, and full bathroom with washer/dryer combo. Guests enter into a common area via door at back of home (through gate on left side of driveway). Apartment is downstairs from common area (through door to the left immediately upon entry). Common area doubles as a night-time sleeping area for our dogs (kenneled). The dogs are often roaming the backyard. They’ll approach you & try to play, if you let them. All of the animals are very friendly.

I believe you will absolutely love this secluded but not lonely three bedroom two bath home. This a ranch style home. Everything is on the same level including washer and dryer. No stairs to tackle. it has a front and back patio. parking for 15 cars or more if needed. We have a smart tv in the living room with streaming services ( like prime and Netflix) and live local tv channels

Enjoy your own private cottage with all your essentials; You also have access to the property's hot tub and 1 acre pond stocked with catfish, blue gill, and bass! The cottage has a 1 queen size bed and a mattress in the loft . Please note: we do live on this property and the cottage is next to our main house. We have friendly outdoor cats they do freely roam the property.
