Welcome to our cozy 463 sq' cottage completed January 2021. This studio space boasts views above the city to the west and the wooded hillside up to 3500' Roxy Ann Peak to the east. With just a few minutes drive to the heart of downtown, this comfortably quiet, clean, private getaway will allow guests to thoroughly experience the best of southern Oregon. Full kitchen and laundry available in room.

Creekside Retreat Close to Town

You will be a 10 minute drive from Downtown Ashland and feel like you are out in the country. The home sits on 8 private acres and has river frontage and a beach on the year round Emigrant Creek. There are beautiful views in all directions of mountains, trees and wildlife. The home is a two story residential barn built in 2012 and remodeled in 2022 (the main living quarters is upstairs).
