Welcome to our Spacious Relaxing Getaway! Our home is a newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. There is a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, and full-size washer and dryer. Enjoy fishing at the lighted pier. You can bring your days catch back to the fish cleaning table at the house. Stop by and enjoy the FishVille restaurant down the road. Please note, this is not a "party house" for large groups. It is able to accommodate 10 -12 people but is not set up to host large parties.

There is no bay access in this little neighborhood but the public boat dock and public piers are only minutes away and the beach is just a short drive to Port Lavaca. If you have kids this is the beach for them, if not, you'll love it too. Enjoy an evening with live music at Dannys on the Bay.

This RV has two AC units for the hot Texas summers. 1/4 acre lot. Sunset view at pier is beautiful! There is a nice general store in the neighborhood with a small diner with great food. The city of Palacios is 12 miles. Pets are not allowed.
