It's a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the interstate, parks, trails, and our vibrant downtown with cafés, shops, and great restaurants. This beautiful cabin is located on the ATV and snowmobile trails and is also within walking distance to Bruce Mound Winter Sports Area for winter sports fun! Levi’s Mound is nearby, within 6 miles with some great biking trails! Lake Arbutus is just a short ATV ride away for all of your water sports fun! Bring your fishing poles! A well stocked catch and release pond is right off the back porch, with crappie, bluegill, bass, and catfish.

A mile away from snowmobile trails and 25 mins from a State Park. Also, perfect for snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Fire pit available.
